1. Responsible for maintaining the storeroom inventory of housekeeping department guest and cleaning supplies to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)盤點倉庫以及客人和清潔用品需要管理，確保部門的正常運營。
2. Prepare requisition of guest and cleaning supplies whenever necessary.
當(dāng)需要時準(zhǔn)備客人所需要的物品和清潔物品
3. Coordinate with the housekeeping secretary in the ordering of replacement for guest and cleaning supplies in the storeroom. Ensure that the department does not run out of stock, which will affect the services to the guest.
與客房部文員協(xié)作確認(rèn)所有客人用品和清潔用品在儲藏室全部到位，確保部門有足夠備品從而不會影響到為客服務(wù)。
4. Keep the storerooms clean, and in order.
保持倉庫干凈隨時待命
5. Prepare monthly inventory of all items in the storerooms.
準(zhǔn)備倉庫的月度盤點項目
6. Coordinate and assist the Accounts department in their quarterly inventory of operational equipment.
協(xié)助財務(wù)部做營運設(shè)備的季度盤點
7. Update bin cards in both storerooms daily and ensure that they are correct.
每天更新倉庫的發(fā)放記錄確保正確。
